EastCoast is a 21-acre development built on a former Pepsi-Cola bottling plant. Over 10 years ago TF Cornerstone saw the potential of this prime Long Island City waterfront property to become one of New York City's best neighborhoods. Comprised of modern rental apartments, sophisticated condominiums and plenty of retail space, EastCoast has transformed and revitalized Long Island City. The development is more than half way to completion with four residential towers already constructed and another three soon to be completed on the northern end. Ultimately, EastCoast will provide more than 3,000 luxury residences and will give new life to a major portion of the NYC waterfront.
